Customers can order specific designs by bringing the desired design to the shop or have the shop provide free design services without any charges. The minimum production time for rush orders is seven days. The normal production time is one month, depending on whether the design is a ring, necklace, or earrings.
When a diamond or gold ring is worn, the rhodium coating will come off with use, causing the white gold part of the ring to have a yellowish color. For round diamonds, there will be a GIA certificate from 0.18 carats and up. For fancy cut diamonds, there will be a GIA certificate from 0.30 carats and up. For products with diamonds per piece less than 0.18 carats and up, there will be a certificate from the shop.
Every product comes with an S.Diamond warranty.
If it is a product from the store, it can be made and put in within two to three hours.
If it is a used product, it will take 10 days because it has to be sent to the factory to check the density of the diamond and re-polished.
